We went to Gil’s K-9 for a Sunday Funday Brunch. Gil’s is a Boise institution that doesn’t take reservations, and Brunch runs 10am to 2pm. They are open 10am to 10pm every day, except Friday and Saturday when they stay open til 11pm. We ordered mimosas to stand around while we waited for a table.
