The Tour De Bubbles next stop was The Edge Brewery in Boise, Idaho (525 Steelhead Way).
After checking out their website we discovered they do brunch on Sundays from 11am-2pm.
We arrived a little after 11am and were seated right away. Their menu selections include unlimited mimosas! Of course, we all ordered them. Why would we not! 😊
Our server let us know we could order off the small brunch menu or the regular menu. Most of us choose the brunch menu but there were a few who ordered off the regular menu.
The place was busy, but our food came out promptly and looked amazing.
Our mimosa glasses were never empty, and the service was great!
Even though the brunch menu is small the options are delicious. The breakfast sammy and the big sexy burrito are tough to choose between. The burrito is stuffed with a delicious smoked brisket and the sammy features scrambled eggs, bacon, guac and tomatoes. We were also super happy with the salsa they included. All of us were very happy with what we ordered and will be back.

Seating: tables for 4, 6, 8 and small bar area seating and patio seating as well.
Crowds: Busy but the place is small, and tables are spaced apart so it did not seem crowded.
Selection: Small Brunch Menu but their regular menu was available also.
