Next stop… Jumpin’ Janet’s on Vista. What they have for brunch? 😊
We arrived at 10:30am and the place was already busy. It was a Sunday so lots of people eating and getting ready to watch the NFL games. Lots of TV’s so great place if you are a sports fan. There were many groups of fantasy football league with their laptops, and high hopes!
We were seated and drink orders taken right away. They offer mimosa & bloody marys for $3 during Sunday brunch!
The menu looked delicious and offered quite a few different options. The “build your own scramble” offered everything from fritos to prime rib to crab and shrimp, with peppers, pineapple, avocado and cheese toppings. Truly personalize your breakfast here.
We all tried different things, but a couple of the favorites was the JJ’s Crustacean Creation which had Crab, Shrimp, Artichoke, Spinach and topped with Sour Cream and Salsa and the Chicken Fried Steak.
Everyone liked what they had, and our drinks were never empty. The food took awhile but totally worth waiting for. We found out that “Janet” does the cooking and most everything is homemade. 😊
